Insights into and learnings from Germany’s first Team Academy

How can higher education promote the best conditions for Future Skills learning through real-life action learning and reflection in authentic contexts? The Team Academy model is a radically innovative higher education model for developing Future Skills. In this chapter of the “Creating the University of the Future” volume, edited by Ulf-Daniel Ehlers and Laura Eigbrecht, Michael P. Vogel shares insights into experiences and challenges of implementing the first German Team Academy in Bremerhaven. He argues that this model of entrepreneurship education is a promising approach for Future Skills learning by combining team learning and coaching with real-life action learning.
